Wig sales

Please only place your order when you are sure this is the wig you want, provided that there may be some shade/ color difference due to light conditions or your display device settings. We recommend that you turn the brightness settings on high to see the most accurate shade for the wigs. Also try to view the wig photos on multiple devices in case one device display settings are not displaying accurately. 

All wigs are photographed by crafts n cosplays and photos should be an accurate representation of the actual color and wig style.

Check on your wig color when you receive it in good natural light setting as indoor lights reflect differently on the wig color and may seem darker/ brighter than it actually is in good light. 

Sewing Patterns

Sewing patterns are final sale items, please check on the size chart of the pattern to make sure the size is suitable for you.

Returns/ Exchange/ Refunds

This only applies to NON customized items. All custom made orders (commissions) are NON refundable. You may not return or exchange those items.

You may return or replace your wig/ or other item within 5 days from receiving your order. The items must be sent back in original condition, unworn, with tags, netting and bag in exact condition you received it in. If there is sign of wear, or brushing / styling or any damage, then the item will not be accepted for return. (if you had received a damaged item, then read below **)

If item is sealed, and the seal is broken, the item will not be accepted for return or exchange unless it is was damaged from shipping process or you received the wrong item. 

All return costs are on the customer and any new shipping costs for new item are on the customer. 

In case of return and refund , you only get refunded on the original item amount but you must pay the return shipping cost. 

Refunds will be issued back within 15 business days.

In case of exchange (if customer changed their mind about a product and would like to get a new item instead) , you pay the shipping cost for return of item you have and pay for the shipping of the new item. Will only ship the new item once the item you have has been received and inspected and is accepted for return.

In case of damaged item**, return costs will be covered by us, and you get sent a replacement item once we receive back the defective item.  

Please note that any sign of use or wear on the items received will not be accepted, if you wish to have the item replaced then they must be in ORIGINAL unused condition. 

** Damaged items are items that are not in their original or advertised condition when received and cannot be restored. Some tangles in a wig are NOT considered damage. Some minor hair loss when brushing, is NOT considered damage. Wrinkles in a garment, or sewing pen markings, some loose thread or a loose button, is not considered damage.
